In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?
Basically because for one of our clients, which was a startup, they had a very short-term deadline, that is, they wanted to go to market in practically 2 months. We had the need to get and create a technical team as soon as possible, but also with the right profile so that the project could go ahead, then, basically we did not have the necessary time to get it and we decided to contact you to see if we could move faster in the process. It really was, everything went well and in 2 weeks we had the person incorporated.

We evaluated different options, but we wanted to try you, it was the first time and we believe that you are very well positioned and professionalized in this sector, in this type of profile, with a working method different from the rest, the result has obviously been positive.
What would you highlight from the collaboration with TalentFY?
The fact of the continuous contact, it was a very agile process, the communication has been very good, the collaboration has been great, every time we had candidates, you let us know and we gave feedbacks, not only this, it is true that a summary is presented for each candidate and it was very easy for us to see the part that most interested us. I think you have the ability in a short period of time are able to present really good candidates and this many times would suit our needs. We try to cover internally the recruitment part, but we have several clients which implies that we also have to cover certain requirements with them and sometimes we can have an over volume of work, at this moment, when we are looking for more technical profiles, like the ones we are looking for now, TalentFY is a very good option, we have already tried it once and we hope we can collaborate again in the future and with the same result.
