In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?
I asked TalentFY for help because I just joined the company, I did not come from this sector so I needed a deep onboarding of the company and I needed a company, a team to help me in the work of hiring, recruitment and search for candidates.
What motivated you to choose TalentFY?
Whenever you have the need to hire people and go faster, well, in the end you have several budgets at the same time, but what makes you decide for a brand or a product is in the end the deal, what they give you and what you can get out of it. So we decided to choose TalentFY because the treatment and communication was very fluid and the candidates were very much in line with what we wanted.
What would you highlight from the collaboration with TalentFY?
I would highlight above all the two-way communication between teams, in the sense of really knowing what the company’s needs were, what the requirements were, understanding them and from there, setting a few ranges so as not to waste time. What I would highlight the most is that 40 candidates did not come and we had to discard 30, that is, the candidates that came were within the parameters that we ourselves had pre-established and that we had discussed with TalentFY.
Why would you hire us again?
I have already hired you again, this time for a Data Engenieer. The treatment, collaboration and good two-way communication in the sense that what you say is heard and you are asked questions that are then taken into account, ie the questions or concerns of recruiters have much foundation and make the search, candidates and the result is optimal because in the end you win time which is what you want, you hire a company what you want is to go faster, if you are going to do it slower or if you are going to do it even worse you do not hire him.
