In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?

We asked TalentFY for help in December 2019 for the first hires for Cleverea’s technical team, after having the CTO on the team. The experience was great and we will repeat in February 2020 with two more positions (front and back).

We hired TalentFY because we were a small company and nobody knew us and the profiles we received through LinkedIn were few and of poor quality.

What motivated us to choose TalentFY was, fundamentally, the speed with which they manage to contact candidates. And, secondly, the high quality of the candidates that came to us.

What would you highlight from the collaboration with TalentFY?

We received about 26 candidates in the first 10 days, which is unbeatable for any other consulting firm and, on the other hand, it is also very useful to have a platform from which to centralize communication with recruiters and candidates.

Absolutely, no doubt. In fact, I have already recommended TalentFY to other companies that I believe they can help a lot and, without a doubt, when we have open positions we will count on TalentFY.
