In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?

We always have the need to incorporate IT profiles and here we find ourselves in critical moments in which process agility is vital for us, especially in the technological sector in which we operate.

That is why, after trying to search by our own means if we see that we do not get the results we were expecting in about a week, we always decide to resort to external help to support us in the search for profiles. And in this case we decided to start collaborating with TalentFY, and we saw that it was a good option because it was very much in line with the agility that we have implemented in our culture.

What motivated you to choose TalentFY?

We chose TalentFY because after the first meeting they explained all the processes and how they worked. And we saw that the point of agility was key for them, and as this agility is part of the DNA of Barrabés and we need it in all our processes, we saw that we could make a good team tandem to get the right candidates and to collaborate in the goal of finding digital talent.

What would you highlight from the collaboration with TalentFY?

I would highlight two main factors:

  1. The ability of recruiters to reach passive candidates, who are not currently looking for a job change. But recruiters do have that ability to reach out and tell them about new job opportunities that are out there and that they may be interested in.
  2. The ability to understand the entire digital environment, the client’s needs so that they can present you with candidates that really match the requirements.

Why would you hire us again?

Of course, we would count on TalentFY again because our experience has been positive. We have achieved the objectives we had set ourselves at the time of having an external company to support us in the selection processes, in terms of the agility of the process, in terms of finding suitable candidates, for us it has been an objective achieved.
