In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?
We had experience with traditional companies, but the problem we had always had was that they took a long time to give us candidates and were candidates who did not adapt much to what we were looking for.
We also had experience with schools, which gave you candidates that are technically valid but not the context or sufficient experience to adapt to everyday situations.
What motivated you to choose TalentFY?
I saw the ad on the Internet, it came in the mail, and I called to see how it worked. I contacted Santi (CEO of TalentFY) directly and by explaining what we needed, he quickly understood the profile we were looking for. With very few technical words, he already knew what we needed; in the past, working with recruitment companies, explaining a position was very complex because they are based on profiles.
What would you highlight from the collaboration with TalentFY?
I would highlight speed, as soon as you post a position it rains you suitable candidates and you don’t have to be on top.
I would also highlight the feedback, giving feedback is very easy. With TalentFY the position is published, they call me, we comment on the position and from that feedback they understand what I need and the candidates begin to arrive.
Why would you hire us again?
In fact, we have. In the end you know that when we call you, in 15 days we already have candidates that we know will work. Besides, since it’s already worked for us, we’re not considering alternatives.
