During the pandemic, our business grew very rapidly, as we were involved in logistics and courier services. For this reason, we needed to incorporate several profiles urgently and with very specific technical requirements.

Above all, communication. We were in contact almost daily. They have been like an extension of our own recruiting team, with them in Spain and us in Mexico. It has been very easy to keep everything up to date, moving quickly through the process and solving problems on the spot.
