In what context did you ask TalentFY for help in each case?
Finding ICT profiles today is an arduous and complex task, as it is a highly sought-after sector. We had been looking for a candidate for a position for weeks and the traditional methods were not working for us. We needed to close the issue as soon as possible, so we looked for alternatives and found TalentFY.
What motivated you to choose TalentFY?
Until now, we used traditional recruitment channels, but the profiles we received were not specialized and often did not meet our minimum requirements. Tired of this situation, we looked for other solutions more specialized in IT profiles, and TalentFY worked perfectly for us.
